Any Federal financial regulatory agency shall cooperate with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and other law enforcement agencies investigating fraud, misrepresentation, and malfeasance with respect to development, advertising, and sale of financial products.

  • Don't worry, Wall-Streeters, this clause will never see the light of day. If, by some oversight, this is included in the final bill, it will be removed by a conveniently worded signing statement.

  • The FBI is a bunch of wimps.
    I made every single payment on my house in Dayton Ohio and was never late and National City bank was repossesing my house because they said they were losing money and had to call in their good assets.
    I notified the stupid Montgomery County District Attorney office, those morons would not know a white collar crime is they saw one, and they told me that could do nothing.
    I contacted the FBI and they said they were to busy.
    I even had a cash buyer for the house and National City bank turned down the offer and their chance to be paid in full.
